Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate is better than Samsung Galaxy Note II, getting a general score of 83.2 against 74.8. Both of these phones have Android OS, but the Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate has 12 version while Samsung Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2.
