The Google Nexus 6 has just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Note II, because although it has a worse 500 MHz GPU, and they both have 4 CPU cores, the Google Nexus 6 also counts with more RAM memory.

The Galaxy Note II has a way bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Google Nexus 6, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory, the Galaxy Note II also has a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 64 GB. Google Nexus 6 counts with a little better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Note II, because it has a 4% greater battery capacity.

The Google Nexus 6 takes greater videos and photos than Galaxy Note II, because it has a way better (4K) video definition and a much more mega-pixels back-facing camera.

Although Google Nexus 6 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy Note II, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Note II. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy the Galaxy Note II, giving up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
