Comparison review

HTC U Ultra is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note II, getting a general score of 77 against 74.8. HTC U Ultra's body is way newer, somewhat thinner and just a little lighter than Samsung Galaxy Note II. HTC U Ultra counts with just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy Note II, because it has a little bigger display, a lot higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 and a way better screen pixel density.

HTC U Ultra features a lot bigger memory for applications and games than Galaxy Note II, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory, the HTC U Ultra also has a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. Samsung Galaxy Note II features a bit superior processor than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have 4 CPU cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note II also counts with an additional graphics processor.

Samsung Galaxy Note II has just a bit better battery duration than HTC U Ultra, because it has 3100mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh. HTC U Ultra features a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note II, because it has a lot better (4K) video quality and a back facing camera with a way higher 12 mega pixels resolution.

Although HTC U Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy Note II, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Note II. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy the Galaxy Note II, letting go a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your savings.
