HTC U11 is a bit better than the Galaxy Note II, with a global score of 77.6 against 74.8. The HTC U11 construction is incredibly newer, somewhat thinner and a little bit lighter than the Galaxy Note II. The HTC U11 counts with a slightly better looking display than Galaxy Note II, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the HTC U11 also has much more pixels per inch in the screen and a lot better 1440 x 2560px resolution.
The HTC U11 has just a bit better performance than Galaxy Note II, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater number of cores and more RAM. HTC U11 has a lot better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note II, because it has a much better 3840x2160 video resolution and a much better resolution camera.
HTC U11 counts with a slightly better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Note II, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the HTC U11 also has an external SD slot that allows up to 128 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Note II features just a bit better battery performance than HTC U11, because it has 3100mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
Although HTC U11 is a better device, it is more expensive than Galaxy Note II, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy Note II. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy HTC U11, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy Note II, resigning some features and specifications.
