The Huawei Mate 20 design is a lot newer and thinner, but also a little bit heavier than the Samsung Galaxy Note II. Both of these devices have Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei Mate 20 has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Samsung Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2 version, providing lots of additional features.
