The Huawei Mate X is better than the Samsung Galaxy Note II, with an 89.4 score against 74.8. These devices use Android OS, but Huawei Mate X has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2 version, so it gives you a couple additional features and a performance increase. Huawei Mate X's design is way newer than the Samsung Galaxy Note II's, although it's notably heavier and thicker.

Huawei Mate X has a bit superior processor than Galaxy Note II, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with 4 more processing cores and a greater amount of RAM. Huawei Mate X has just a bit better screen than Galaxy Note II, because it has a much better resolution of 2200 x 2480px, a much better pixels density and a way larger display.
