LG G5 has an overall score of 76.1, which is slightly better than Galaxy Note II's 74.8 overall score. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but the LG G5 has the newer 8.0 Oreo version and Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2, giving a couple additional features and a performance increase. The LG G5 is a way newer cellphone, and it is also way thinner and lighter than the Galaxy Note II.

The Galaxy Note II features just a little better hardware performance than LG G5, because although it has 2 GB lesser RAM, and they both have 4 CPU cores, the Galaxy Note II also counts with an extra GPU. The LG G5 features a bit more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Note II, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot greater count of pixels per inch of screen and a lot higher 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution.

LG G5 features a way better camera than Galaxy Note II, because it has a much better 3840x2160 video definition and a lot better resolution back facing camera. The LG G5 features a very superior memory capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note II, because although it has only 32 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 1,95 TB.

Galaxy Note II counts with a bit longer battery performance than LG G5, because it has an 11 percent bigger battery size.

Although LG G5 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Samsung Galaxy Note II, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy Note II. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the LG G5, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy Note II, giving up a couple specs and features.
