The LG G7 ThinQ is slightly better than Galaxy Note II, having a global score of 81 against 74.8. LG G7 ThinQ is a noticeably newer cellphone, and it is also somewhat lighter and thinner than Galaxy Note II. These phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but LG G7 ThinQ has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2, counting with a couple nice extra features.

Samsung Galaxy Note II has just a bit better battery lifetime than LG G7 ThinQ, because it has a 3100mAh battery capacity.

The LG G7 ThinQ is not only the best phones in this comparison, but it's also a lot cheaper, which makes this phone an obvious call.
