LG V30S ThinQ is better than the Galaxy Note II, with an 82.5 score against 74.8. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but LG V30S ThinQ has a newer 8.0 Oreo version while Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2, providing some nice extra features. LG V30S ThinQ is a a lot newer device, and it is also thinner and somewhat lighter than the Galaxy Note II.

LG V30S ThinQ has a bit superior CPU than Samsung Galaxy Note II, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM memory and more cores. LG V30S ThinQ has a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Note II, because it has a much better number of pixels per inch in the display, a quite larger display and a way better 1440 x 2880 resolution.

LG V30S ThinQ features a much bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy Note II, because it has an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB and 128 GB internal memory. LG V30S ThinQ counts with just a little bit longer battery life than Galaxy Note II, because it has a 3300mAh battery capacity against 3100mAh.

The LG V30S ThinQ counts with a way better camera than Galaxy Note II, because it has a camera with much more MP and a lot better (4K) video quality.

Although LG V30S ThinQ is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy Note II, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy Note II.
