The Moto Z Force is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note II, with a general score of 75.8 against 74.8. Both phones in this comparison review use Android OS (Operating System), but the Moto Z Force has a newer 7.0 Nougat version while Samsung Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2 version, so it provides you some extra features. Moto Z Force's construction is much newer, notably thinner and lighter than the Samsung Galaxy Note II.

Samsung Galaxy Note II features a bit faster processing unit than Moto Z Force, because although it has 2 GB less RAM memory, and they both have 4 CPU cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note II also counts with an extra graphics processor. Although Moto Z Force is a better device, it costs more than the Samsung Galaxy Note II, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Samsung Galaxy Note II. If you are trying to save some money, you can get the Samsung Galaxy Note II, giving up some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
