The Motorola Moto Z3 is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note II, having a 77.6 score against 74.8. Motorola Moto Z3's design is way newer, much thinner and somewhat lighter than Samsung Galaxy Note II. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Motorola Moto Z3 has 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2, so it provides the user lots of additional features.

The Moto Z3 has just a bit better display than Galaxy Note II, because it has a bit bigger screen, a way better resolution of 1080 x 2160 and a much greater display density. The Motorola Moto Z3 counts with a much better memory for applications and games than Galaxy Note II, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Motorola Moto Z3 also has a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.

The Motorola Moto Z3 features a bit faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Note II, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM memory and a higher number of cores. The Galaxy Note II has a bit superior battery duration than Motorola Moto Z3, because it has a 3100mAh battery capacity.

Moto Z3 features a lot better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note II, because it has a lot better video quality and a lot more mega-pixels back facing camera.

Although Moto Z3 is a better device, it costs more money than Galaxy Note II, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy Note II. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Moto Z3, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Galaxy Note II, giving up a couple specs and features.
