Motorola One 5G Ace and Galaxy Note II count with quite similar CPUs, because although the Motorola One 5G Ace has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with 2 GB more RAM and more CPU cores.
Motorola One 5G Ace features a way better camera than Galaxy Note II, because it has a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a back-facing camera with a way higher resolution. The Motorola One 5G Ace counts with a really longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Note II, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 3100mAh.
Although Motorola One 5G Ace is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Samsung Galaxy Note II, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy Note II. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Motorola One 5G Ace, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy Note II, letting go some specifications.
