The Motorola One Hyper is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy Note II, having a 79.8 score against 74.8. Motorola One Hyper's construction is extremely newer and just a little thinner, but also a little bit heavier than Samsung Galaxy Note II. Both devices in this comparison have Android OS (Operating System), but Motorola One Hyper has the older 11 version while Samsung Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2 version.
