The Nokia XR20 is just a bit better than Galaxy Note II, having an 80.8 score against 74.8. The Nokia XR20 counts with a way better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note II, and although they both have the same video quality, the Nokia XR20 also has a back facing camera with much more megapixels and better video frame rates.
