OnePlus 9 is a little bit better than the Galaxy Note II, getting a 76 score against 74.8. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but the OnePlus 9 has older 11 version while Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2. Even though the OnePlus 9 is a little heavier than the Galaxy Note II, it's a bit thinner and a lot newer.

The OnePlus 9 has a little bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Note II, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a higher number of cores and a larger amount of RAM. OnePlus 9 counts with a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Note II, because it has a larger display, a lot better display density and a much higher 1080 x 2400 resolution.

OnePlus 9 features slightly more storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Note II, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. The OnePlus 9 has a way better battery life than Galaxy Note II, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.

The OnePlus 9 shoots a lot better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note II, because it has a much higher resolution camera in the back and a lot higher 7680x4320 video quality.
