The Galaxy A20s has a general score of 77, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy Note II's global score of 74.8. Both phones in this comparison review have Android OS, but Galaxy A20s has the older 11 version while Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2. Galaxy A20s's body is incredibly newer and thinner, but also just a bit heavier than the Galaxy Note II.

The Galaxy Note II features a much better looking display than Galaxy A20s, because although it has a little smaller display and a little worse resolution of 1280 x 720px, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch of screen.
