Galaxy C7 has a score of 77.7, which is slightly better than the Galaxy Note II's 74.8 general score. Galaxy C7's design is newer, notably thinner and just a little lighter than Galaxy Note II. These phones use Android OS, but Galaxy C7 has a newer 8.0 Oreo version and Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2.
