Galaxy J8 has a global score of 76.7, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note II's 74.8 overall score. Both phones in our current comparison have Android operating system, but the Galaxy J8 has 10 version and Samsung Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2 version. The Galaxy J8 design is a lot newer, a little bit lighter and somewhat thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Note II.

The Samsung Galaxy Note II features a more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy J8, although it has a little worse pixel density, a quite lower 1280 x 720 resolution and a little smaller display. Galaxy Note II features a little bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy J8, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and less and slower cores, it also counts with an extra graphics co-processor.

Samsung Galaxy J8 counts with a lot better camera than Galaxy Note II, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy J8 also has a back facing camera with way more mega-pixels. Galaxy J8 features more memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Note II, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage, the Galaxy J8 also has a SD card slot that admits up to 256 GB.
