The Samsung Galaxy M13 has a general score of 81.1, which is a little bit better than Galaxy Note II's general score of 74.8. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy M13 has the previous 12 version and Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2 version. Even though the Samsung Galaxy M13 is a little bit heavier than Galaxy Note II, it's thinner and also much newer.
The Galaxy M13 has a little more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Note II, because it has a way better resolution of 1080 x 2408, more pixels per inch of display and a bigger display. The Galaxy Note II has a superior memory to store more games and applications than Galaxy M13, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory, the Galaxy Note II also has a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 64 GB.
