Galaxy M20 is slightly better than Galaxy Note II, having a general score of 78.9 against 74.8. Even though Galaxy M20 is just a bit heavier than Galaxy Note II, it's a bit thinner and newer. Both devices in this comparison have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy M20 has an older 10 version while Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2 version.
