The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 has just a bit better display than Samsung Galaxy Note II, because it has a higher pixels amount in each display inch, a much higher 1080 x 2400px resolution and a larger screen.

Galaxy Note 20 counts with a bit better processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Note II, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with more RAM and more cores. Galaxy Note 20 counts with a greater camera than Galaxy Note II, because it has a back-facing camera with way more MP and a lot higher 7680x4320 video definition.
