The Galaxy Note 3 has a score of 81.2, which is slightly better than Galaxy Note II's overall score of 74.8. These phones include Android operating system, but Galaxy Note 3 has newer 5.0 version and Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2. The Galaxy Note 3 body is newer, thinner and a little lighter than Galaxy Note II.

The Galaxy Note 3 counts with a much better looking display than Galaxy Note II, because it has a much higher 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution, a quite bigger display and a greater pixels density. Samsung Galaxy Note II and Galaxy Note 3 have quite similar memory for applications, games, photos and videos, they have a SD memory slot that supports up to 64 GB and exactly the same 64 GB internal storage capacity.

The Galaxy Note 3 counts with a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy Note II, because although it has a weaker graphics co-processor, and they both have 4 cpu cores, the Galaxy Note 3 also counts with a larger amount of RAM.
