Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is slightly better than the Galaxy Note II, with an 81.6 score against 74.8. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has newer 5.0 version while Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2, giving some extra features and performance enhancements. The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is a noticeably newer cellphone, and it is also a little bit lighter and thinner than Galaxy Note II.
