The Samsung Galaxy Note10 Lite has a general score of 86.2, which is much better than the Galaxy Note II's 74.8 overall score. Although Samsung Galaxy Note10 Lite is just a little heavier than Galaxy Note II, it's a little thinner and newer. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Note10 Lite has 11 version while Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2.
