The Samsung Galaxy Note3 is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note II, having a 77.7 score against 74.8. The Samsung Galaxy Note3 is a newer phone, and it is also thinner and a bit lighter than Samsung Galaxy Note II. These phones include the same Android 4.4.2 OS (Operating System), so they should give you very similar operating system features.

The Samsung Galaxy Note II counts with a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy Note3, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy Note II also counts with an extra graphics processing unit. The Galaxy Note II counts with a bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Note3, although it has a way worse display pixel density, a quite smaller display and a lot lower resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.
