Galaxy S20 has a global score of 94.8, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Note II's overall score of 74.8. Both devices we compare here come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S20 has the older 13 version while Samsung Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2. Galaxy S20's body is way newer, somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter than Samsung Galaxy Note II.
