Galaxy S5 Plus is a bit better than the Galaxy Note II, with a 78.1 score against 74.8. Both of these devices use the same Android 4.4.2 operating system, so you shouldn't perceive any differences regarding that. Galaxy S5 Plus is a newer device, and it is also somewhat thinner and a lot lighter than the Galaxy Note II.
