The TCL 20 Pro 5G has a general score of 76.1, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note II's global score of 74.8. Both devices in this review use Android OS (Operating System), but TCL 20 Pro 5G has an older 11 version while Samsung Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2 version. Even though TCL 20 Pro 5G is just a little heavier than Samsung Galaxy Note II, it's just a bit thinner and also notably newer.
The TCL 20 Pro 5G and Galaxy Note II both feature very similar screens, although the TCL 20 Pro 5G also has a way better 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution, a better display pixel density and a larger display. Galaxy Note II and TCL 20 Pro 5G have similar processing units, because although the TCL 20 Pro 5G has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with more CPU cores and more RAM.
The TCL 20 Pro 5G has a much greater memory capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy Note II, because it has a SD memory slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB and more internal memory capacity. TCL 20 Pro 5G has a much better battery performance than Galaxy Note II, because it has a 45% larger battery size.
The TCL 20 Pro 5G captures a lot better photos and videos than Galaxy Note II, because it has a camera with a way higher resolution and a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution.
