Comparison review
Xiaomi 12S Ultra is a bit better than the Galaxy Note II, getting a score of 81 against 74.8. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi 12S Ultra has the older 12 version and Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2 version. Xiaomi 12S Ultra is a noticeably lighter and much thinner cellphone than Galaxy Note II.
The Galaxy Note II features a much more powerful processor than Xiaomi 12S Ultra, because although it has lesser RAM and less cpu cores , it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit. Xiaomi 12S Ultra features a lot better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Note II, because it has a much better resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels, a bigger display and a much better pixels density.

The Xiaomi 12S Ultra captures much clearer photos and videos than Galaxy Note II, because it has a way higher video definition and a back camera with a much higher 50 megapixels resolution.
