The Xiaomi Mi A3 is just a bit better than Galaxy Note II, getting a general score of 79.2 against 74.8. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi Mi A3 has an older 11 version and Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2. Xiaomi Mi A3's construction is notably newer, somewhat thinner and just a little lighter than Galaxy Note II.
