The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has a general score of 77.5, which is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy Note II's score of 74.8. Xiaomi Mi Max 2 is a noticeably newer and somewhat thinner phone than Samsung Galaxy Note II, although it is also heavier. Galaxy Note II counts with a little faster CPU than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because although it has lesser and slower processing cores and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with an extra GPU.
Galaxy Note II counts with a little sharper screen than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, although it has a little smaller screen, a just a bit less pixels per screen inch and a way worse 1280 x 720px resolution. Xiaomi Mi Max 2 features a superior memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note II, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 128 GB and 64 GB more internal memory capacity.
Xiaomi Mi Max 2 takes a lot better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note II, because it has a much higher (4K) video definition and a back-facing camera with lot more mega-pixels. Although Xiaomi Mi Max 2 is a better device, it costs more money than Galaxy Note II, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Note II. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get Galaxy Note II, and give up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your savings.
