Xiaomi Note 7 Pro is just a bit better than the Galaxy Note II, with a global score of 80.5 against 74.8. Xiaomi Note 7 Pro is a a lot newer and somewhat thinner cellphone than Galaxy Note II, but it is also just a bit heavier. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2 version.
Xiaomi Note 7 Pro counts with a little sharper display than Galaxy Note II, because it has a quite bigger display, a much better 1080 x 2340 resolution and a lot greater pixel number per inch in the screen. Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has a processor that's very similar to the Galaxy Note II one, because although the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with 4 GB more RAM and a greater number of cores.
