Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 has older 11 version and Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2 version. Xiaomi Redmi Note 10's body is much newer, just a bit lighter and somewhat thinner than Galaxy Note II.
