Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 has a general score of 80.3, which is slightly better than the Galaxy Note II's 74.8 global score. Xiaomi Redmi Note 7's construction is incredibly newer and thinner, but also just a bit heavier than Galaxy Note II. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 features a bit sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Note II, because it has way more pixels per inch of display, a way higher resolution of 1080 x 2340 and a little bit bigger display.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 has a processing unit that's just as good as the Samsung Galaxy Note II one, because although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with 2 GB more RAM and a larger number of cores.
