Comparison review

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a score of 76.6, which is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy Note II's 74.8 score. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 is a a lot newer and just a little thinner phone than the Samsung Galaxy Note II, but it's a little heavier. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android operating system, but Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has 10 version while Samsung Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2.

Samsung Galaxy Note II has a bit better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has less and slower cores and less RAM memory, it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit. The Galaxy Note II and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 both have really similar screens, although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also has a lot higher 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution, a larger screen and more pixels per inch in the display.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a slightly better storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Note II, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also has a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 128 GB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features a way better battery lifetime than Galaxy Note II, because it has a 5020mAh battery size.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 captures a lot better photos and videos than Galaxy Note II, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video quality and the same video frame rate, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also has a camera in the back with a way better resolution.

Although Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 is a better device, it costs more than the Samsung Galaxy Note II, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Samsung Galaxy Note II. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Note II, and give up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
