Galaxy Note 3 has a score of 81.2, which is much better than the Galaxy Note II's overall score of 71.9. Galaxy Note 3 is a newer cellphone, and it's also somewhat thinner and a bit lighter than the Galaxy Note II. Both of these devices have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Note 3 has 5.0 version and Galaxy Note II has Android 4.1 version, so it gives some additional features.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a more vivid display than Galaxy Note II, because it has a lot better 1920 x 1080px resolution, a little bit larger screen and a higher pixel count per display inch.
