Galaxy S6 Edge is much better than the Galaxy Note II, having a overall score of 85.7 against 71.9. Both of these phones use Android OS, but Galaxy S6 Edge has newer 5.0 version and Galaxy Note II has Android 4.1, so it provides lots of additional features. The Galaxy S6 Edge is a newer cellphone, and it is also noticeably thinner and noticeably lighter than the Galaxy Note II.
Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge features a much better looking screen than Galaxy Note II, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a much better 2560 x 1440px resolution and a lot greater pixel number per display inch.
