The Xiaomi Poco M3 is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note II, with a general score of 78.2 against 71.9. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Poco M3 has 10 version and Samsung Galaxy Note II has Android 4.1, providing a lot of extra features and performance tweaks. The Xiaomi Poco M3 is a noticeably newer phone than Samsung Galaxy Note II, but it is a little heavier and a little bit thicker.
