Both phones in this review work with Android OS, but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S has the newer 11 version while Galaxy Note II has Android 4.1. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S body is extremely newer, thinner and just a little bit lighter than the Galaxy Note II.
