Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S is just a bit better than the Galaxy Note II, with a 79 score against 71.9. Both of these devices work with Android OS, but Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has a more recent 11 version while Galaxy Note II has Android 4.1 version, so it provides the user lots of additional features. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S is a a lot newer and just a bit thinner cellphone than the Galaxy Note II, but it is somewhat heavier.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has a display that is very similar to the Galaxy Note II one, although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S also has a lot higher 1080 x 2400px resolution, a greater number of pixels per inch of screen and a larger display. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Note II, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM and a larger number of cores (and they are faster).

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S captures way better pictures and videos than Galaxy Note II, because it has a lot higher (4K) video resolution and a back camera with a lot higher resolution.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S counts with a much longer battery duration than Galaxy Note II, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity instead of 3100mAh.
