The Samsung Galaxy M31 is much better than Galaxy Note3, getting a general score of 86.5 against 77.7. Samsung Galaxy M31's body is a lot newer than Galaxy Note3's, but it's heavier and a bit thicker. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy M31 has an older 11 version while Galaxy Note3 has Android 4.4.2.
