Galaxy Note5 is a bit better than the HTC U Ultra, with a global score of 80.2 against 77. The Galaxy Note5 is an older and just a little heavier device than HTC U Ultra, but Samsung managed to build it just a little bit thinner anyway. Galaxy Note5 features a little bit better processing power than HTC U Ultra, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM, the Galaxy Note5 also has a larger number of cores (although slower).
The Samsung Galaxy Note5 features a bit more vivid screen than HTC U Ultra. Both of them have a display with the same size, a greater count of pixels per inch of display and an equal resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels. HTC U Ultra features a much greater memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Note5, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the HTC U Ultra also has an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Galaxy Note5 has a bit better camera than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor which gives a worse image and video quality and a tinier camera aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Galaxy Note5 also counts with a much more mega-pixels back camera.
The HTC U Ultra's battery duration is very similar to Galaxy Note5's battery performance.
