Galaxy A12 has an overall score of 80.3, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note5's 80.2 score. The Galaxy A12 body is notably newer, but somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker than the Samsung Galaxy Note5. Galaxy A12 counts with a little bit better processing power than Galaxy Note5. Both of them have a Octa-Core processor and the same RAM memory amount.

Samsung Galaxy Note5 counts with a better display than Samsung Galaxy A12, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a lot more pixels per display inch and a much higher resolution of 1440 x 2560. The Galaxy A12 captures clearer photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for low-light photography, and they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Galaxy A12 also counts with a lot better 48 MP resolution back-facing camera.
