Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy M31 is slightly better than Galaxy Note5, with an 86.5 score against 80.2. Although the Samsung Galaxy M31 is much newer than Galaxy Note5, it's somewhat thicker and heavier. The Samsung Galaxy M31 counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Note5, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Samsung Galaxy M31 also has a higher amount of RAM.
The Galaxy Note5 features a little bit better screen than Galaxy M31, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a greater pixel density and a higher 1440 x 2560px resolution. The Galaxy M31 takes much clearer videos and photos than Galaxy Note5, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Galaxy M31 also has a way bigger sensor which gives a much higher photo and video quality, a back facing camera with way more megapixels and a larger aperture to take better low light photography.
The Galaxy M31 features a superior storage capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note5, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy M31 also has an external SD slot that allows up to 512 GB. The Galaxy M31 features a really longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because it has a 100% greater battery capacity.
