The Samsung Galaxy Note9 has a score of 87.1, which is a bit better than the Galaxy Note5's overall score of 80.2. Samsung Galaxy Note9's construction is a lot newer, but somewhat thicker and heavier than Galaxy Note5. Galaxy Note9 counts with a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because although it has a bit inferior pixels quantity per inch of screen, it also counts with a quite larger screen and a slightly better resolution of 1440 x 2960px.
