The Samsung Galaxy Note8 has an overall score of 83, which is a bit better than the Motorola DROID Turbo's 77.9 general score. The Motorola DROID Turbo features a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note8, because although it has worse video frame rate and a smaller aperture which is worse for capturing photographs or videos in low-light environments, and they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Motorola DROID Turbo also counts with a back facing camera with way more MP.
Although Samsung Galaxy Note8 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Motorola DROID Turbo, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Motorola DROID Turbo. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy Motorola DROID Turbo, letting go a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
