Galaxy Note8 is just a bit better than the OnePlus 8, getting a global score of 83 against 76. The Galaxy Note8 design is much older, just a bit heavier and just a bit thicker than the OnePlus 8. The OnePlus 8 has a little more vivid display than Galaxy Note8, because although it has a way lower resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a little less pixels per display inch, it also counts with a little bigger display.

OnePlus 8 has a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Note8, and although they both have 8 cores, the OnePlus 8 also has more RAM memory. The OnePlus 8 shoots a lot better pictures and videos than Galaxy Note8, because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have the same video resolution, the OnePlus 8 also counts with a way larger back-facing camera sensor which provides a lot better image and video quality, higher video frame rate and a back facing camera with a lot better 48 mega-pixels resolution.

Samsung Galaxy Note8 counts with just a bit bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than OnePlus 8, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 256 GB. The OnePlus 8 counts with better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note8, because it has a 30% more battery capacity.

The Samsung Galaxy Note8 is more expensive than OnePlus 8, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
