Samsung Galaxy Note8 counts with a bit superior processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star. Both have a 6 GB RAM and a Octa-Core processor.

The Samsung Galaxy A8 Star features a bit more memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Note8, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy A8 Star also has an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 400 GB. The Samsung Galaxy A8 Star has just a little bit longer battery performance than Galaxy Note8, because it has a 3700mAh battery capacity.

The Galaxy A8 Star features a slightly better camera than Galaxy Note8, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor shooting lower quality videos and pictures, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same diafragm aperture, the Galaxy A8 Star also counts with a back camera with way more MP.
