Samsung Galaxy Note9 is a bit better than Galaxy Note 5, getting an 87.1 score against 79.3. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 design is newer than Galaxy Note 5's, although it is somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker. Galaxy Note9 has a greater processing power than Galaxy Note 5, because it has a higher number of cores (and also faster) and 2 GB more RAM.
Samsung Galaxy Note 5 counts with a bit better display than Samsung Galaxy Note9, because although it has a little lower resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit better screen density. The Galaxy Note9 shoots just a bit better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because although it has a lot less mega-pixels resolution back facing camera and a lower (4K) video resolution, it also counts with a much larger aperture and a bigger sensor which gives a higher image and video quality.
Galaxy Note9 counts with a much greater memory capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because it has 64 GB more internal storage and an external SD slot that holds up to 512 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 features longer battery performance than Galaxy Note 5, because it has a 4000mAh battery size instead of 3000mAh.
The Galaxy Note9 costs a little more than the Galaxy Note 5, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
