Samsung Galaxy Note9 is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Black Shark, with an 87.1 score against 80.4. Samsung Galaxy Note9's design is just a bit heavier but just a little thinner than Xiaomi Black Shark, and both were released with only a couple of months difference. Samsung Galaxy Note9 counts with a bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Black Shark, because it has more pixels per screen inch, a little bigger screen and a better resolution of 1440 x 2960.
Xiaomi Black Shark's processing unit is very similar to Samsung Galaxy Note9's processing unit, and although the Xiaomi Black Shark has 2 GB more RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. Galaxy Note9 shoots a little bit better videos and photos than Xiaomi Black Shark, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same resolution back-facing camera, the Galaxy Note9 also has a bigger sensor shooting higher quality pictures, a larger diafragm aperture and better 60 fps video frame rates.
The Galaxy Note9 has a very superior memory to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Black Shark, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Galaxy Note9 also has a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 512 GB. Xiaomi Black Shark and Galaxy Note9 have quite similar batteries.
